I’m Tim — and I’ve spent years designing, installing, and teaching UniFi networks in real homes.

I didn’t start out as a “networking expert.”
I learned by building, breaking things, fixing them, and answering a lot of questions along the way.  Over time, I realized something important:

They’re confused because no one ever explained the fundamentals clearly — or how those fundamentals apply to their home.
